Am I in the right in this situation? (customer/seller) (quick description)?

Something was on sale and i ordered it, i got an email saying it was confirmed and is being processed. It ended up not shipping at all and no charges were taking out of my account. It wasn't till a week and a half later that i realized it never shipped and had to go buy it again. Well its not on sale now. Would it be wrong to demand the sale price?
