You are being a selfish brat. Sorry to be so blunt.
You see, that plastic surgeon has spent years and years in school to be able to practice his skills. He pays hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for his malpractice insurance, his office and supplies as well as his operating costs. He and his family depend on his income to live the lifestyle they have.
And, you are going to go and be selfish enough to lie and jeopardize his whole career? Really? HOW DARE YOU.
Grow the hell up and once you are grown, perhaps you will grow out of whatever childish surgery you want to have. If you still have the problem you want surgically corrected when you are 18, then go for it.
I highly doubt an underage child has enough cash to pay thousands upon thousands for surgery.
A surgeon will ask for your identification because there is no way he will operate on a kid without parental permission.
If any surgeon does not ask for your photo ID and your SSN, then you are getting a "surgeon" who is not board certified and will hack your body into a mangled mess. Good luck with that.
