Very few MOS require a clearance for entry.
Why do you think you can't get a clearance with "debt". That is not a disqualification. Are you current on the payments? Is the debt excessive? Is it for "normal" things -- car, school, credit cards?
As long as you haven't been borrowing to buy drugs or finance gambling, if you don't have payday loans that you are constantly rolling over, and if you are current on the payments and able to make the payments on a military salary, they shouldn't be a problem.
All officers are required to have a Secret or higher clearance. How many of them do you think enter as 2LTs with college loans, car payments, and credit card debt (probably 70-90%)
