I saw your other question where you are concerned about deployment. EVERYONE can deploy. And, I don't know if this is the best time as far as conflict.
Here is an article from Foreign Policy Magazine claiming that very thing. They assert that the globe is entering its most dangerous time in a number of decades. You have noticed an uptick in refugees. Terrorism appears to have increased globally. The army has released documents showing that enlistments are down, therefore they are lowering standards. They will likely grant waivers for cases of bi-polar, self-cutting, and weed.
