How can I enable flash to run on all websites?

I go to chrome://settings/content and go to flash but it gives me only two options, to block sites from running flash or to make sites ask first. I just want the sites to run flash on their own.

You can't. What you can do is try adding

[*.].com

to allow Flash on all .com websites. Other than that, you have to add them manually. How often are you visiting a new website that uses flash...? Keep in mind that this is done for security reasons, so just accept that Chrome does this and move on.

Flash will only run if it's embedded in the page of the site and if the uploader has allowed playing of that file in your region.

You can't. Flash is a dead technology, being blocked by most modern browsers. If you REALLY want to have that crap on your device, use Internet Explorer, pretty sure they are the last browser to not block flash. Course, you'll be opening yourself up to all sorts of malicious crap, but hey, gotta play your flash games, right?!?!

Flash is OUT, HTML5 is in. Flash is open to malicious software so is being phased out by browsers.

Go in the settings on your browser and set flash to all websites
