Bleach REMOVES the color from clothing. The bleach is not a stain. The bleach removed the color black from the garment.
You can get a black permanent marker and color in the white bleached out area. Or, you can do what I often do....when some of my black clothing gets to looking a lighter shade of black, I dye them back to a darker black with fabric dye in my washing machine. I have been doing this for decades. Simply rinse and spin your clothes in the washer so they are wet, but not soaking wet. Removet the clothing from the washer. Put in three packets of clothing dye, following the instructions on the label (you may have to add salt or vinegar) and then begin to fill the washer with water. Then, add the clothing and allow the swishing to take place to distribute the dye through out the clothing. Then, stop the process so the clothing soaks for an hour in the dye. Then proceed with the rest of the cycle. Remove the clothes and dry. Run the washing machine again but, only with some bleach and no clothing. This cleans the washing machine so your next load gets zero dye residue.
