Traveling with infants is a nightmare. No one in my family will even do it, it is understood that when a new baby is around the parents won't be traveling to get togethers or anywhere else that is hours away. And it stays that way until the baby is at least 2-3 years old. Even then it is a pain in the butt, but it is at least possible. Not fun, full of stress, but possible.
Take the honeymoon to a place that does't have Zika before you are 28 weeks pregnant for international flights or 36 weeks pregnant for flights within your country. After that, it is recommended that you not fly in planes and you might be uncomfortable in long car rides. And once the baby is born, traveling will be at first untenable (because you'll be nursing and physically recovering from the birthing process), and then too difficult to feel remotely like a vacation (till the child is past the toddler years). After that, vacations become family and kid-focused rather than couples focused. My parents had 2 kids when they got married, then had 2 more, and didn't get around to their honeymoon till their twentieth wedding anniversary. Do it now, before kids are an issue. Seriously.
