I grew up in Ohio, then moved down to the deep south.
The people in the south are not any of those things.
They do say.....y'all....m'am and sir, and eat grits.
Also, saw slogans on stores which said, "The south shall rise again."
That made me smile. Once you have lived in both North and South
for any length of time, then come back and make your assessment.
There are many fine doctors, professors, teachers, and businessmen
in the South. Is it possible a man's character shall soon reveal itself by
the adjectives he uses when speaking?
