Why do you think people born in Australia are more likely to commit crimes than immigrants?

Update: I hear people saying immigrants are responsible for the high crime rates in Australia but actually the opposite is true. 69.8% of the Ozzie population are born in Oz but they are responsible for 81.1% of all crime.

Update 3: Only a few groups, like the Kiwis, actually commit more than their far share of crime. Why do you think Australians are so prone to criminal behaviour?
