You need to protect your children and get them out of this situation. It appears as if you are accepting the idea you are not able to afford to move.
You can not afford not to move. If someone is assaulting your children by throwing stuff on them, this would soon escalate to a physical altercation.
You are placing your children in a very dangerous position, with the drug activity and possible physical harm to them.
Being around drugs is never good for children, normally where there is illegal activities, a dire situation exist. You children could be in danger of being accidentally shot or worse killed.
You are not doing yourself or children any favors, by waiting on the landlord to have or find a reason to legally evict this tenant.
You have the right to protect your children. You are making financial excuses in order not to protect your children. You might need to find a second job in order to do this.
