You will NOT lose weight if you starve yourself, well you might, but it will creep back on.
Change your habits.
Do you drink 3 litres of water each day (or herbal teas)
Walk, or ride or swim - get at least half an hour of exercise in each day and every alternative day, just run at hard at you can for 1 min. Stop, gain breathe , now do it again - do this three times and then leave it for two days. Hard, fast and take your breathe away.
Eat eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms for breakfast - no sugar and maybe one piece of toast.
Morning tea - a kale smoothie or such, not too much fruit, maybe a banana in it. No sugar.
Lunch, good wholemeal bread with lots and lots of salad, tuna (in brine) or cottage cheese.
Mid afternoon - 5 almonds, a piece of fruit (not large), lots of tea or maybe a coffee.
Dinner: Good protein, with lots and lots of green vegetables and others, small potato or sweet potato or pumpkin. Or a giant salad - eat, eat eat. It's never how much you eat, but what you eat.
Supper: Milk, turmeric, honey and a little black pepper.
All recipes on the net. You will feel wonderful and do well.
Notice in here nothing fried or processed - these are the problem foods.
