You have derealization, i used to have it but it went away after 2 months. Just dont think about it and dont research it because it will make you more worried and scared, just know that it is going to go away. I got my derealization from weed, i smoked it got really scared and had a panic attack and after that day (i dont have it anymore) i felt like everything was fake and that i was dreaming or as if i was in a coma and the things that were happening was just a dream, wich made me depressed because i felt like i had nothing to live for because i was in a ”coma”, i felt disconnected from the world. I know how you feel and i know that it will go away trust me, just give it some time and try to stay away from energy drinks cause it can make it worse. But if you try to not think about it and dont research it i know for a a fact that it will go away soon.
And if you got it from smoking it could just be a placebo, just go try and puke to make yourself think that it is out of your system
