Sure it's possible. Cut out all sugar and grains, make everything from scratch using fresh, all natural ingredients. Nothing processed. For some people, dairy can prevent weight loss. Eat meat, eggs, veggies, nuts, etc.

last time i did that i ended up in a hospital for 3 weeks - and now have a recovry ahead of me - don't take that risk because it surely will affect you for months of not a year afterwords
