Hey ... you look healthy and slim ... do NOT stress yourself out and hate your body. I did that as a teen and I have struggled with it all my life. Be confident in how you feel and look. If you don t feel good it s probably not the weight (which is fine) but how you are fueling your body. Food is there to keep you going and that s it. You can definitely enjoy it along the way =) . Don t starve yourself with low calorie or fasting days to lose weight that you don t need to loose. Focus on what you do like about your body. Make it a point to find the positive every day. It will be hard and really suck at first. You may even feel dumb AF doing it but it will help. If you find there are things you don t like about your body then work towards either accepting it as part of who you are, or work to change it in a healthy way. I have never met a person that wants to hug a bag of bones, and if you try to loose too much weight that is all that will be left. People, women in particular, are meant to have curves and lumps and bumps. When my husband gained weight I was thrilled ... he was so skinny that his bones stuck out and it was uncomfortable to hug him at times ... I got poked by his ribs and shoulders.
Life is way too short to deprive yourself of food. I eat 7 times a day and have lost 50 lbs. When I was eating 2-3 times a day I gained over 200 lbs. Eat healthy foods several times a day and you will feel and see a difference. Nicer skin, feeling better overall, hair and nails are stronger and shiner. It really does a number on you when you are properly fueling your body!
