Not at all. They're used to it. For instance, the only substantial difference between Lenin's communism and Mussolini's fascism was that after WW I Mussolini admitted that national feelings mattered, and "workers of the world" would have to go on the back burner. From that we learned that fascism is somehow right-wing. Increased minimum wages, old age pensions, abolishment of a military draft, progressive taxes that are nearly confiscatory for the wealthy, these are all far right policies? The left will tell you so without hesitancy. It's of course Orwellian doublethink, but it's well polished.
