What you can do is maybe put your alarm on the other side of your room? Also, once you are out of bed, DO NOT GET BACK INTO BED. Take the cloths you are going to change into and change in the bathroom so that you are giving your brain a chance to wake up away from your bed. Also, open your curtains and let light in! Light can disrupt sleep and when you need to wake up it helps a lot :) If it isn't light in the morning then turn on your light, it does the same thing :) Once you get see to a routine where you just get up out of bed immediately, it will become easier for you! I have also been told to not use your phone as an alarm, I don't know why you shouldn't but maybe don't do that? Also if it helps you wake up maybe play on your phone for a bit or play some music that gets you dancing. Also, if you are going to bed really late then you are going to want that extra sleep. I have sleeping problems, so what I do is keep waking up early an soon I go to sleep earlier. I hope this helps!
