Forgotten Windows 7 Password Help?

I used to use this old tiny notebook computer that used Windows 7. I haven t been on it for about 3 years and I ve forgotten the password. I ve looked up different ways to hack into it but so far I m having no luck. Any help would be appreciated

(Also for the sticky keys hack I can t find the sethc file, is there some way to make it show up)

Reinstall Windows.

the sethc file is in Local Drive (C), in Windows folder, then System 32.
