Should i be concerned about colon cancer or anything else serious?

Update:

My stools are darker on certain spots, and as for stomach pains, it very light and comes ocasionally around my the center of my abdomen. I do have a constipation issue but i don't know if its due to that or because of my eating habits. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Age is the primary risk factor. It's probably a smarter idea to jump to IBD rather than cancer; that's true for most people.

Get a diary, record your diet for a month, as well as your symptoms. If you can't spot any correlations, it might help a clinician.

No there are preventive tests for colon cancer. If you have it in your family tree, discuss it with your Doctor.
