Have I eaten too much today?

For breakfast: 2 slices of toast with 2 eggs. A small hot chocolate.

Lunch: grilled barrimundi fish

Dinner: chicken breast with vegies

Late night snack: strawberries, grapes and a yogurt. Oh and an apple

What do you think?

I jog 6km every two days of that helps

    No your not eating too much, sounds like u have a good balanced diet :-)

    Nope you didn't. I think its only correspondent to the calories you needed to fuel your system without overtaxing yourself.
