    "Three UK"

    is a telecommunications and internet service provider operating in the United Kingdom.

    Its' logo is a stylized number 3 digit.[ see link #1 below ]

    "Three UK" became the primary shirt sponsor of the FAI Irish Football National team in August 2010, and as such the Three UK logo has been emblazoned on the front of the National squad shirts. [ see link #2 below ].

    It has nothing whatsoever to do with "QBs" ( whatever they are ), "Notre Dame" ( whoever she is );

    or Joe Montana, who ever he is ( or might have been ).

    The #3 football jersey for Notre Dame was worn by Joe Montana who is widely considered the greatest QB to ever play the game.
