    Many of the people who are starting the fires and targeting cops are employees of "empowerment" organizations which go to events like this to cause problems. When it gets dark they put on a ski mask (but notably don't take off the #blacklivesmatter shirts) and start the real violence, essentially acting as a catalyst for the rest of the neighborhood. Soros funds a lot of organizations like that.
