Math question, complete the square...?

This is the equation:

3x^2+36=-4

(3x^2+36x+324)= -4+324

3(x^2+12+108)= 320

I got this far but I don't know the next step.

    Nope

    assume

    3x^2 + 36x = -4 , divide by 3 both sides --->x^2+12x = -4/3

    x^2+12x+36 = -4/3 + 36

    (x+6)^2 = 104/3

    x = -6 + sqrt(104/3) or -6 - sqrt(104/3)
