Help, I forgot how to sit down!? (Urgent)?

I keep trying to do it like my friends but i don't do it.

    Lol, I'm not gonna lie I kinda giggled when I read this, but that aside I'll try and help. So when I sit down in a chair (assuming this is the type of sitting we're talking about) I bend my knees at about a 90 degree angle and give complete trust in the chair. As I bend my knees I let my body smoothly rest into the chair until I feel stable. If the chair has arms I often use them to support myself. Afterwards I just kinda chill there. As for sitting on the floor I bend down to a squatting position. Then I support my weight with my arms and kick my legs and feet out from under me. Finally I slowly and once again smoothly rest my bum on the ground. If not that then I'll squat and fall backward. Positioning while sitting is based on comfort, so I'll leave that to you.
