Should I get a pull up bar?
I've seen many different types but I was unsure which where the best and are they any good

Pull up bar is good to strengthen and build up your core and abs. It is also good for the spine. It stretches the arteries going through the spine and prevents back aches. It is also good for shoulders, arms etc.. even the legs if you hold on to the bar and do leg lifts at 90 degrees.Source(s): The Undertaker - Personal Trainer

Get one! I got one and I would really recommend it. It does however destroy your door trim. Even though the pull up bar is padded it still dents and chips the paint.
