After that performance is Vince Young the favorite for the back-up QB job in Green Bay?
It's safe to say Rodgers will be the starter this year but the back-up position behind him is really wide open especially after this game. Graham Harrell and B.J Coleman were both just awful, which pretty much sums up there whole career so far. Vince Young was almost spotless in his performance. Here is how each QB performed.
Vince Young: 6 for 7 for 41 yards and 1 touchdown and 0 Interceptions and also had 39 yards rushing on 3 carries.
Graham Harrell: 6 for 13 for 49 yards
B.J Coleman: 2 for 7 for 8 yards.
I don't know about you but I wouldn't want Harrell or Coleman backing up Rodgers. At least if Rodgers goes down then they have a great chance at winning the game with Young's 31-19 record as a starter. That almost equal's Aaron Rodgers record as a starter 52-27.
I think it would just be in Green Bay's best interest to keep Vince as the back-up and but Harrell on the practice squad.
BQ: Will Brady Quinn be cut? Or will he be kept as a 3rd stringer behind T-Jack who has been out performing him this far. They cut Jerrod Johnson a project to sign Jackson, but if they cut Quinn a bust they could work on Johnson some more.

In my opinion yes. They way he has performed the last couple games proves he could someday be a starter. He will just have to wait though.Source(s): Huge NFL fan

He has the skill set to be a backup, but the con is he doesn't know the system well. They were kind of playing him just to see how we'll he would do. It's possible he gets the backup job.
BQ: No doubt in my mind Tavaris Jackson will be the backup in Seattle. There's 3 main reasons:
1.) Everyone in Seattle (fans, staff, & players) love him. His time in Buffalo was just a little "paid vacation".
2.) He fits in the offense better, they don't have to change it too much if he comes in for Wilson. Quinn is a different play style.
3.) ... He's just overall better.

Probably better than Graham Harrell, but does he fully understand the system yet? We'll see but he looked nice today.
Great avatar btw. It suits you DK.

Well seeing as the Packers are going to release Harrell, young will be the back up and Coleman will likely be on practice squad again. Harrell had many chances. I think as Young continues to learn the offense he will improve even more, though I hope the only time he sees the field is during a blow out.

It will be interesting to see what the Packers do.I believe Young is the backup.Coleman may be looking for a job shortly.Harrell i wonder what they will do with. They are unlikely to keep 3 QBs on the roster
