Yes most definitely. From the Jewish Tanach:-
Dan 12:11 “And from the time the daily sacrifice was removed and the silent abomination placed, is one thousand, two hundred, and ninety"
The daily sacrifices were stopped about two years after the destruction of Solomon's temple, by the Babylonians, around 584 BC.
A prophetic year contains 360 days.
1290 prophetic years = 360 days x 1290 = 464,400 days
464,400 days / 365.25 days per solar year = 1,271.46 solar years.
584 BC + 1,271.46 years = AD 688
The year 688 is when the Rashidun Caliphate began constructing the Dome of the Rock, which is inscribed with words along the lines of "God has no son." It silently sits there spewing blasphemy in the place of the old Temple, to which most are oblivious to. Jesus pointed this out as part of His warnings concerning false prophets and messiahs. It also forms the basis of other prophecies from Daniel and John's Revelation.
