I need help losing weight?
See i'm 15 and was always a fat kid. Im about 5'5 and weigh 230 pounds. I know I sound like a freaking whale. But please help guys cause I wanna look healthy and would do anything to look fit by my senior year, (by the way im in my sophomore year). Any advice would be greatly appreciated! thanks. O and 1 more thing, im a guy.

stop drinking pop. drink water instead. don't eat before bed. and go for long walks. you don't need to run just walk. or start working out.
