i am 23 years of age, my height is 5.7ft can i add 2-3 inch more in my height,by natural nutrition & exercise?

    I hope so, but you can't grow 2-3 inch by natural nutrition & exercise. This is genetic, i think you can understand.

    you can get taller till 20 and even some people till 25 as per ur genes,

    have high protein and calcium diet like milk, eggs, sea food etc. for better height, there are some herbs which help, but just eqneuire thorughly before u get into..

    hang a toy at a height u can hardly reach and try to kiss it everyday, increase height by an inch every month

    Best is stay active, dance, use only stairs (no lift), walk to nearest shop, get good sleep and stay happy

    Height depends on genes, and no medication or natural way to gain anymore than your genes would let you. Be happy with what you have.
