Would this run most games on high settings?
I just copied and paisted off amazon

This computer isn't for me its for my cousin I've already gor a good one but I'm just trying to find the cheapest one I can find

yes it will work fantastically and the 650 has a good GPU so you should be okay but next-gen will not be able to play at max

The graphics card is the primary factor in how well a system plays games. The graphics card you have is at 1 GB, which isn't bad, but my 4 year old laptop has the same. If you want it to run games on high, you'll want at least a 2 GB.

Well......its quite GOOD but try to buy AMD GRAPHICS CARD as AMD Cards perform better with AMD Processor and Mobo. if ur only concern is GAMING buy AMD Cards...they cost less and are lil better in Gaming.....(but NVIDIA wins in Video Editing Stuffs)......
for this GFX 1920X1080 with No AA will work fine.
