Misuse of vitamin complex developed exclusively for horses by young people for gain muscle mass?

It has happened in Brazil. Is there any notice of things like that happening in any other countries?

Update:

The even more tragic is that the young people have used vitamins for horses in injectable form and this has often caused great harm to their physical integrity.

Vitamins don't gain muscle mass. Vitamins in tablet form are actually useless. Because they pack so much into one little pill, we absorb some of the vitamins, and the rest just goes out in our pee.
