You can transit without visa for up to 24 hours if you remain on the airside of Kuwait Airport.

You will not require a transit visa since you will not be leaving the airport. Anyway you are going to be in Kuwait Airport for some 4 hours plus. Boarding and getting down and reaching the terminal itself will remove an hour or so out of it. So no chance of getting out of the airport. So no need to apply for one also.

As a Malaysian citizen, you probably don't need a visa as you won't leave the airport.
If somehow you do need a visa it is not a problem as you can get a visa upon arrival in Kuwait, but probably that won't be the case.

That previous imperial city on the River Main, Frankfurt, is, by virtue of their main situation, the main commercial and economic centre on mainland Europe and here you can visit it hotelbye . The city's skyline, dominated by the fantastic bunch of high-rise structures in the banking fraction, has a definite North American flavor, making Frankfurt the nicknames "Mainhattan" and "Chicago on the Main". In the heart of Frankfurt you may find, Frankfurt's Opera Square, the Old Opera House. That place was integrated 1880 in the style of the Italian High Renaissance. Destroyed during WWII, it absolutely was rebuilt and reopened in 1981 as one of the city's most important show venues.
