Why isnt Comcast available in my area?

I checked on line typed in 93725 my address 5630 south cedar ave It came up with http://mobile.digitalcommercenow.com/OfferListing.... Comcast Internet,when I called them they said it wasnt available in my area!why is that??

    I tried your address in this ISP finder http://isp1.us/find/ and it also came up with Comcast Xfinity being available at your address.

    Did you call Comcast directly or try to order online?

    The website you referenced is a Comcast affiliate site that sells various broadband products depending on their current affiliations.

    If you talked to an Comcast affiliate, they may no longer have a business relationship with Comcast.

    If that is the case you can still get Comcast, but you'll have to go through a current affiliated partner or Comcast directly.

    nicely comcast hd is larger now yet they nevertheless have diverse channels for hd. Comcast has stable information superhighway service besides the incontrovertible fact that it does get a splash high priced after some months using fact comcast has promos going onall the time. and comcast and xfinity is a similar ingredient haha

    In order for Comcast to offer service in an area, they must have a contract with whatever entity manages the utility lines in that area (usually the city), and they must have constructed lines there to offer service on. Often, there are territorial disputes between providers, and only one or two are allowed to offer service in a particular area, which leads to a limited number of options for cable providers.
