I'd say if you let the tornado blow through a gigantic airbus plant for 500 million years or so, it might even produce an upgrade to the Airbus A380.
But the example is really stupid and the way to think about such things that way as well.
Fact is, we are alive, since that is fact, it's a 100% chance for that to happen since well.. it happened.
If you took a random planet where that is not the case, you may be able to calculate the odds for life to "happen" within some period of time given whatever circumstances, but since it's already here, and we know it has been here for a buttload of time, there is no need to speculate on how the odds for that were, life on earth is 100% proven to exist, we just don't quite know why and how.
Considering how we are still too busy sticking our nose in fairy tales and preventing people from using their brains, it's no real surprise though.
