What would you prefer?
- a Congress of elected people making our laws, who can be rebuked, laws changed, and who can be voted out of office
OR
- nine unelected, appointed for life lawyers who answer to no one and feel they have the power to over turn laws written by Congress, and signed by the President of the US, when the Constitution gives them no such power to do so? The 1803 Supreme Court decision basically gave the Supreme Court the power of Kings.
