Why haven't Democrats passed a budget in 1,000 days (2.7 years)?

For those that claim GOP obstruction, the last budget was passed in 2009, when both houses were controlled by Dems. After the Republicans took the House in 2010, they passed several budgets that the Democrat controlled Senate has refused to even look at. So if the Democrats in the Senate are killing Republican bills from the House in committee, who's really the obstructionists?

730 days of those 1000 days ( 73% of the time ) were democratic dominated in the oval office, the house and the senate. Yet still we have a few responding to your question blaming republicans. HEY LIBBIES, you should thank the republicans for stopping it. The near $5 trillion in added debt totally Obama and the dems would be much higher if not for the 2010 election. --- where the dems got a worst any party a$$ whippin in 70 years!!! After losing 60 house seats, 10 senate seats and 680 state level assembly seats. Wake the F up!
Guess what.....you think the nation was ticked off then as evidence of the dem party nation wide got a good ol' fashion widening of their sphincter muscle, watch what happens 11 months from now.

Obama is Determined to Destroy America
What Americans have witnessed over the first two years of his term is Obama’s continual blaming of all problems on either his predecessor or the Republicans in Congress. What they are witnessing is the duplicity of a man who appears incapable of telling the truth from day to day.
The nation is in for a week of “high drama”, all of which could have been avoided had Obama agreed to any of the proposals put foreword by Republicans from Paul Ryan to members of the so-called “gang of six.” In the Democrat controlled Senate there has been nothing but obstruction.

Recognize all the hypocrisy from the left. Bummertime, for example, blames Republicans. How original. 2.7 years of which 2 years Obama enjoyed a MAJORITY in the House and Senate. Explain that away, Bummertime.

And how many budgets have been proposed only to meet Republican obstructionism?
It takes two to work out a budget and only one side, the Democrats, have been doing their part.
