Can someone hold a fear/phobia with regards to front door letterboxes?

If an object or situation exists, there will be people somewhere who are phobic in regards to it. Whether a certain phobia is common enough to have a scientific name, is a different matter. So to answer your question, yes there will be such a phobia, but it might not have been named.
