Cat was teasing a baby bird....?

Question

i noticed my cat was outside and he was attaking a baby bird and teasing it... i stopped him and brought the bird inside... its breathing and its eyes are open but its not moving much.. i have put it in a warm bed.. what should i do? x

If it has no wounds, set it free. It's parents may be nearby caring for it. If it is wounded or injured it needs to go to a local wildlife rehab. Please keep your cat inside where it cannot maim, harm, or kill native wildlife.
