Congratulations on your forth coming temporary assignment at Mio Technology UK Ltd who are international GPS / Satellite Navigation company with their European Head office based near Heathow.
Job: Bilingual Technical Support / Customer Service
Responding to emails & phone calls using your Dutch and English language skills within a small call centre of aprox 25 multi lingual customer service people
The calls will vary from people requiring technical assistance with their GPS (Sat Navs for cars and mobile phones), advice and guidance on functions or products, information where to buy upgrades/send faulty good etc. There will be complaint handling at times so excellent levels of customer service and a professional, helpful manner are required. Full training in given to all new starters.

It means Mio Technology UK has given you a temporary job, i'm guessing. If you applied for a position with them, it seems like you just received a positive reply.

If you are called Sarah and you have applied for a job at Mio Technology, then you have got a temporary job. If your name isn't Sarah or, you haven't applied for anything and this job comes out of the blue, ignore it, it is a scam.
