try a vegan diet

i've been a vegan for almost 2 years now.
If your not up to the challenge
takes 20 minutes for one to feel full, the full feeling comes from your stomach BUT if your mind is still craving you have to control that...before eating decide what your going to eat and stick to it...if you just rush into the kitchen you'll come out feeling guilty =]
-Stay away from the kitchen...if there is a T.V. in there take it out...when friends are over congregate in the living room
-set regular eating times, and make sure everyone in your household eats around the same time...if you just finished eating and somebody is in the kitchen baking a delicious chocolate cake you will take a bite...its called strategy...if you smell it, it's going in your mouth
-don't eat while doing anything other than eating...no T.V. , computer, phone...your stomach will just keep stuffing itself while your mind is elsewhere.
-drink plenty of water...helps you feel full
-eat your 5 servings of fruit...don't be afraid to eat more than five but at least five, it has plenty of fiber which allows you to feel full.
ultimately make it easy on your body if your going to eat lot of food...make it healthy food, nobody ever got a heart attack from munching on too many apples. =] give the vegan diet a try
