Nursery Nurse qualifications?

I really want to become a Nursery Nurse and just wondered if I did a Btec level 2 Health and Social Care course and then a course in level 3 childcare would I be qualified?

You would be better off doing a BTEC Level 2 in CCLD (children's care, learning & development).

If you gain 5 or more GCSEs, grades A*-C, including Maths & English, you can go straight on to the BTEC Level 3 in CCLD.

The Level 3 in CCLD qualifies you to nursery nurse level, yes.

You'd have to double check with the college you're thinking of attending about doing a BTEC L2 in H&S then switching to L3 CCLD, there shouldn't be a problem, but you should double check just to be sure.

Never heard of a Nursery Nurse. You did not say where you are from. May I suggest you call a preschool or day care in your city and ask what the qualifications are needed to work there?
