how do you turn on the wireless on a acer aspire 1690 as it says to turn on the hardware switch?

There's a button on the front. Slightly right of centre, the symbol looks a bit like a satellite dish.

is near audio jack connectors (in the left) . it looks like a wide slim LED with a dish simbol ( https://cdn0.iconfinder.com/data/icons/wireless-te... ), but is also a button.
