If you're having trouble using a cable, you may need to reinstall the drivers from the disk that came with the phone onto the computer.
If that doesn't work and don't want to pay to have them sent to your email address through picture messaging, there is another option:
You can use a SD memory card, and a USB memory card reader to transfer the pictures from the phone to the computer.
If all else fails you could also call Verizon Wireless. If you call them, call from a different phone than env Touch, and be ready to do some troubleshooting with the cable, env Touch, and computer ready. The technical support troubleshooting number is 800-922-0204.
