How can I lose 2 stone... As fast as possible?
Hi I am 15 years old and i weigh 12 stone...but the thing is that no one can actually tell i weigh that much because my body looks as if it weighs around 10 stone which is fine by me because i don't want people knowing i weigh that much. I do A LOT! of exercise. I do Karate twice a week on a normal school week which is 2 and a half hours on a thursday and 4 hours on a sunday... and i also do sit ups and skipping when ever i get the chance. Also because it has been the school holidays for 6 weeks i have been to a karate camp which is doing karate for 2 hours every week day of the holiday which i have done and not missed one single day out but the joke is that i haven't lost a pound! Now my mum is saying this is because my body is already very toned and doesn't really have any flab on it to begin with but i thought if i weigh 12 stone and look like i weigh 10 then if i lost 2 stone and weighed 10 then i would look as if i weighed 8.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME I REALLY NEED TO LOSE 2 STONE!!

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Do you see the box near the top of the page?
The one labelled 'Search for questions: '?
Well type in 'lose weight'.
You will find over 20,000 preexisting questions.
Try the misspellings 'loose weight' and there are another 5,500.
In all there are over 60,000 Health section questions requesting solutions to being or thinking you might be overweight.
On average these each yield 6 answers, that is over 360,000 answers.
I can usefully summarise these answers in 4 words:

They are a good deal a diets that promise you the “world” but, typically, Those diet plans includes eating meat so is rather difficult for a vegetarian to preserve a diet program

Hi, for losing the weight at first i recommend you to consult with a doctor about your private method and medicine (I mean pills).
If you wish, you can just ask a doctor following this link http://qpills.net/weight-loss/questions/. To know more - you can even send him a letter.
