go with a memphis pr1.1000 it is a little more than 300 but should be under 400. its a jl/kicker/alpine quality amp for much cheaper and i do believe it performs at 4ohm. the rms at 4ohm is 300w BUT hear me out before you jump to conclusions. like i said, this amp is a jl/kicker/alpine quality amp and is VERY under rated. it will be peaking at close to 1000w at 4ohm or even more. i ran a 2000w sub at 1ohm with a pr1.1000 and it actually had the power to blow the sub with the gain 1/4 of the way up. i promise you this amp is no joke and is what your looking for. another thing, if you decide to get new subs this amp performs at 1ohm, 2ohm, or 4ohm and is very versatile. i have ran about 6 different sub setups from the same amp and never had problems with it in the 2 years iv had it. it also has many features that even some more expensive amps in its class lack such as: subsonic filters to make sure your subs dont hit too low and bottom out, 0-18db bass boost, and more. just give it a look over and see what you think: http://www.memphiscaraudio.com/products/amplifiers/class-d-power-reference-amplifiers/
