What's the best virus/ad/spy/malware remover?
I've done virus scans that have come out clean
but after I ran Panda ActiveScan Pro, it turned up with LOADS of them!
I also had a Trojan Dropper earlier on today, but I deleted it. However, it's dropped some viruses into my system because I seem to be getting a lot of pop-ups even with my Internet browser closed, and Google search links redirect to other websites. I've also gotten my Facebook status messages that weren't written by me!
What's the best anti-virus/ad/spy/malware/trojan/whatever, out there? My computer's infected really bad!

I think you should restore your computer back to factory settings and start again from fresh. it is always good to do that once in a while. i would recommend you use avast anti virus because it is a really good anti virus and it has lots of good reviews

What operating system are you running on? I use CLAM for my anti-virus, it's very good, but only really for Linux. If you are on windows, I would use Spybot Search and Destroy for your anti-spyware, and look at AVG or Avast for your anti-virus - I currently use AVG (on the odd occassion I have to resort to using windows), but I have heard that avast is better. Also, do you use a firewall, or rely on windows laughable firewall? Zonealarm is a good FW to use - but now you have to plough through a few pages and option to just get the free firewall, I would use the prior products I mentioned (all free) rather than paying for the extra ZA cover (though fair-play to ZA for trying to get you to buy them, they _are_ a commercial company with a bottom-line they have to fill)

If you need a free antivirus program, you may want to try using AVG, which can be downloaded from the link below.
If you need a free antispyware program, you may want to try using AdAware, which can be downloaded from the link below.
Another program that you may want to try using would be MalwareBytes, which is also free and can be downloaded from the link below.
Good luck and I hope I helped you!
