A couple of phrases I'm unsure of how to translate into Spanish?

Hi there. Does anyone know the best way to translate:

-As you(one) can imagine..

and

-Having (verb), e.g 'Having explored the area, I... or 'Having eaten, he went to bed' sort of thing.

Thanks.

Update:

Thanks guys, let's have a vote...
