  • Gee, I don't get out much I know out on the cotton (wool / pull) means to try and attract someone of the opposite sex or maybe the same.

    I didn't know what it mean't until i moved to houston. It's slang and is not standard english. Each part of the country have words another part doesn't use.

    First off, guys DO NOT usually do it on your breasts, they want to do it inside. Most girls want it there too. It is natural. Secondly and more importantly, if you are not sure he even likes you you shouldn't be doing it at all.

    Different slang for different areas/cultures.

    Just like getting pissed in England/Australia means getting drunk; whereas in the U.S. it means you are mad or upset.
