How do I calculate how many weight watchers points I can have? I want the newest way?

I want the way that doesn't just go by your weight range. Thanks :)

    I use the free online Weight Watchers Points Calculator at http://watcherspoints.com./

    For something like this it's probably best to ask your weight watchers clinic.
