Do you lose your no claims bonus if your car has been set on fire?

I have got 6yrs NCB and im with Hastings Direct.

    Yes, but only if you make a claim on your insurance policy.

    If you have paid extra on your policy to protect your "no claims" element then you will not lose it.

    No: You don't generally lose all of your no claims bonus, but you will lose a percentage of it: This should be laid out in your policy documentation, but if you call Hastings, they'll tell you.

    Depends what kind of policy you have. Fully comp may be better and I know we pay a premium to protect our no claims bonus so you will need to check with them direct.

    If you put in a claim to the insurance company, then the answer is YES

    hi I easily have a buddy and an same element occurred him. He had a manage his coverage employer the position they paid for it and if he could pay decrease back the coverage employer previously his renewal date he does no longer free his NCD.
