What is a XD Engine on a T.V??

Im looking to get a T.v and i was wondering what is ment when it says it has a xd engine??

    It is the video, color and image processing system that is specific to LG's digital displays. What does it mean to you? It shouldn't mean that much to you or anyone. The big things to look for is color quality, image quality and specs. Let your eyes be the judge when you go to an electronics store and compare to other TVs.

    Well, it's like a 392 Hemi.....

    Built solid , fast, powrerful.....But rather than running on GAS....

    It Runs on LIGHT....

    And it makes that light Awfully pretty.....

    NOW...if you're a gamer, get that XD engine turbocharged.....instead of fully aspirated....120 Hertz would be fine in that application.....

    an XD engine is simply LGs image processor.
